The Skye Berns Music Division was created in loving memory of Skye Berns — a joyful soul, harmonica player, and beloved member of the music community who shared his talent with bands across the nation. Skye was known for his warm smile, easy laugh, and the peace sign he always seemed to be flashing. This division was made possible through the generosity of his family and friends, especially Ellie Capilis and Barb Berns, who helped launch it by contributing both instruments and funding. In his honor, we continue to spread music, joy, and connection by making donated instruments accessible to the community — keeping Skye’s spirit and love for music alive in every note.
